MY STORY

I was not always healthy. When I moved to NYC and took a corporate job that had me working late hours with stressful deadlines, skipping meals and getting little or no sleep, I not only put on a few extra pounds but felt like my energy was completely tapped.

I was feeling fat, tired and like my life was out of control. Instead of making healthy changes to my diet and lifestyle, I looked for a quick fix. I read all the self-help and fad diet books, experimented with herbal remedies and over the counter drugs, but there was no magic bullet, nothing really seemed to do the trick.

It wasn’t until I developed a  tumor in my chest that I finally woke up and took notice. Fortunately, it turned out to be benign but made me aware that something was clearly wrong.

For the first time in my life I felt vulnerable and decided that I really needed to take the time to figure out what had caused this.

At first, I tried the conventional approach and went to a surgeon who spent no more than 2 minutes telling me that the surgery to remove the tumor was a simple procedure and if I had any questions to talk to his nurse. He was in and out of the exam room so fast, I barely remember what the back of his head looked like.

I couldn’t thank him more for his complete insensitivity, though, because it was at that moment that I decided to embark on the path to discover sources of chronic illness and how to prevent or eliminate them at the root cause. I didn’t want to just get rid of the tumor I wanted to know why I got it in the first place and ho to prevent it from ever happening again.

So I went to a naturopath who was recommended to me by one of my friends.

His first question to me was “How are your relationships with your family members?” What an odd question, I thought. I was hear to get information about how to heal not discuss my family.

An hour and half later, my passion for holistic healing was born. Based on our “interview”, he recommended a personalized course of treatment that was based on avoiding certain foods, emphasizing other foods and taking some supplements and cleansing herbs.

Over the course of his six month treatment, I lost 14 pounds, my skin looked radiant, people in the office actually commented on how white the whites of my eyes looked. My energy level skyrocketed! I was amazed at how I didn’t even know I could feel and look this good in such a short period of time.

That was over 15 years ago and after taking what I learned from that experience and years of study, I designed a simple easy to follow personalized solution to help others do the same thing I did. Those who have followed it have gotten great results, and now you can too!
